How can I contact you?

How can I change or cancel my order?
Please send an email as soon as possible to help@reborn.com Please indicate your order number in the first email so that we can help you immediately.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

I have not received a confirmation email. What to do?
First, check your e-mail box for unsolicited advertising. If the email still does not appear, you can always contact us so that we can still send you the email!

SHIPPING:

Do I have to pay the shipping costs?
No! Shipping costs are at our expense :)

How long does it take to ship?
For a detailed indication, consult the shipments page in the main menu!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely yes! Just enter the tracking code on the tracking page on our website. If you can't find your tracking code, you can always contact us.

I have not received any shipping information!

How can I pay?
It is possible to pay by credit card. All payments are made in a 100% SSL secured payment environment.

Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, all costs (including VAT) are included in the price!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return if I'm not satisfied?
only in the event of a defect or non-compliance. You can then return them free of charge within 14 days. Once we receive your return shipment, you will receive a full refund.

How long does it take to get the refund?
As soon as we have received the package and everything is in order, you will receive a refund of the purchased amount within 72 hours.
